“all the world’s a stage…”

So begins Shakespeare’s “All the world’s a stage” from (“As You Like It,” spoken by Jaques). It was 2023 and my eldest daughter, in 7th grade at the time, was studying Shakespeare during their history block on the Renaissance. And while Shakespeare alluded me in my own school-aged years, as his verses spiraled back around, this time his words didn’t bounce back, they vibrated like frequency does, resonating into my body & soul. I saw all these fragmented sentences I’d formed over my lifetime, finding their missing words & becoming whole.

I’ve come to believe our life is but a play where our soul devises a plan to be acted out through these human forms. In our show, we are not only the lead role, but also the director. The players in our story? They are merely actors on our stage—often referred to as a soul family—that we reincarnate with many times over. Each time we come back, we get to pick and play different roles in each others own productions: “And all the men and women merely players; They have their exits and their entrances; And one man in his time plays many parts…”

In the play our soul crafts, there is no right or wrong and no good or bad. There are only lessons and purposes. It’s perfect really, the mixture of comedy and drama, once we choose to remember, we understand our most vital part is to take ownership of what we’ve already agreed we’d come here to do.

I’m here because I’d like to help you remember your own play. I’d like to share with you and teach you the tools I’ve gathered, the practices I’ve cultivated, the skills I’ve honed to offer you the full return to self.
